Concho East Austin

This new build was created as an investment property and short term rental for a Vacation Rental company in Austin. We worked with the homeowner from the very beginning planning stages of the home, assisting with every aspect of the design of the home from the start of construction, through finish selections, and final decoration of furniture and decor. We knew the design needed to stand out among competition and so we took a maxalimalist approach with furniture and decor. 

This project earned us a finalist in HGTV’s Designer of the Year- Color and Pattern category 2024 and was also featured in Conde Nast Travel Magazine- voted one of Austin’s best Bachelorette Air bnb’s.
