While this iconic Austin wedding venue is loaded with historic charm and character, the old bathrooms in both the mansion and the ballroom, as well as the meeting spaces desperately needed a facelift. The owner desired a more updated aesthetic that still felt timeless and cohesive with the home’s character, and felt more bridal. In the Mansion bath we updated all of the finishes and decor with the botanical wallpaper mural being the show stopping focal point of the entire space. Perfect for brides getting ready for the big day as well as a backdrop for bridal photos. The old, dark ballroom bathroom was originally 2 separate bathroom spaces with minimal stalls that did not serve the needs of wedding guests. We opened the spaces up into one large multi gender bathroom with private stalls and a common sink area. We brought more light into the space with large windows and all new finishes and decor that is appealing aesthetically to everyone. In the mansion meeting spaces, we updated furniture, lighting, and decor to give these spaces a fresh elevated look that feels new, but blends with the old charm of the home.
