Concho East Austin

Designed as a new-build investment property and short-term rental in East Austin, Concho was created to stand out in a competitive vacation rental market. Christen Ales Interiors collaborated with the homeowner from the earliest planning stages through finish selections, furnishings and final styling, layering bold color, graphic pattern and unexpected details throughout the home to create a memorable guest experience.

This project was named a finalist in HGTV’s 2024 Designer of the Year – Color & Pattern category and was also featured in Condé Nast Traveler as one of Austin’s best bachelorette Airbnbs.
